Common questions

How do I add inspectors to my company?: In the app, open the menu, then Inspectors, and share your company code. Each inspector taps "Join a company with a code" when they sign up.
Where are the admin settings?: Company admins find Manage checklist, Plans & pricing and Inspectors in the menu and under Settings, then Admin.
How do I delete an inspection?: On the Home screen, tap ⋯ next to the inspection, then Delete inspection. Some states require reports to be kept for 3 to 5 years, so save the report first.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Settings, then Plan & billing, then Cancel subscription.
How do I delete my account?: Settings, then Delete account. To request deletion of your data, email us.
